Adult Halloween Party Success

Whether you want to have a Monster Bash or a Witches Brew there are several details you can add to your adult Halloween party that can make it the best one ever.

When it comes to refreshments you want to go the extra mile and make up some adult Halloween party refreshments that look the part.

Example: Cookies decorated with orange, black and green icing will work for an adult Halloween party or kids party. Candy corn is a favorite of mine to use as well.

Full size cakes and cup cakes are another favorite to decorate. You can do all sorts of decorating with cakes using spider web decor, spiders, skulls, or tomb stones.

Go check out your local grocer bakery this month and you should find several creative ideas for your adult Halloween party, maybe even something you would prefer to buy.

Colored punch is fun to mix for an adult Halloween party and you can be the judge whether to add alcohol.

The adult Halloween party decor can include items such as: bats, carved pumpkin faces, pumpkins carved out with flower arrangements in them, witches, mummies, zombies, vampires, brooms, ghosts, black cats and anything else that looks sinister or scary will work perfectly.

When you don't want to have an adult Halloween party but want to do something fun for the kids, all you have to do is use some of these same ideas for the adult Halloween party except play down the scary-ness a little and of course no alcohol!

It is amazing what you can do with a couple of cardboard boxes and a little creative thinking. Dress up contests will also encourage everyone to participate in the fun.

Have a boy and girl winner with appropriate prizes for each. Don't forget to add some fun candy games or activities to keep the fun going for hours.
